We offer the service to the shareholders' general meeting but also for meeting of creditors and meeting of forest and pasture owners.
Within the services we can support to an unlimited number of shareholders:
- electronic registration of the participants based on data supplied by join stock company,
- electronic counting of votes using barcode technology,
- vote on all three modes (AYE, ABSTAIN, AGAINST) simultaneously ,
- immediate processing and evaluation of the voting,
- list of outputs of the general meeting (registration list of shareholders, voting summary and nominal results)
- presentation of the voting and registration results if required,
- submition of registration and voting results in printed and electronic format.
The format of the outputs can be adjusted to specific requirements. All data and information during and after the event is confidential and we ensure their protection.
Price of the service depends on the expected number of participants. For the registration of 75 participants in one hour is necessary 1 workplace and 2 scrutineers. We are able to provide the voting results up to 10 minutes after voting initiation.
